Parker Terrace Lofts
The steep hillside site combined with the very different street conditions at the top and bottom required a unique design response. The project contains 35 loft style apartments- most with a private terrace-and an art gallery on the ground floor. The building exterior is made of weathered Corten steel and operable wood shutters.
