Well, it’s been a process. There was an existing house on site and apparently some important trees. Moreover, the lot is part of a local homeowner’s association- which meant that we had to conform to their guidelines. But finally- we are making some progress. The builder Mark Baldwin of Baldwin Construction has been moving ahead and anticipates completion by late spring 2020.
