We have broken ground on The Sarasota Modern Hotel in Sarasota, FL. The boutique hotel consists of 89 rooms, a restaurant, three bars, gym, all revolving around a south-facing, outdoor courtyard. The courtyard will have three pools, a ping pong area, and a “secret garden”. The hotel will open in late 2018.
